The project began as just a rough idea sketched out on paper of an interactive training testing system that would record thoughts and opinions shared during a tabletop exercise and determine if the users were actually learning during the tabletop.
Managed five people
Developed an interactive web-based client that adapted to the users expertise, making the questions easier or harder based on a fuzzy logic algorithm
Utilized the Scrum rapid development software methodology to develop and implement the system three weeks ahead of schedule and far exceeding the initial expectations of the project.
Additionally, developed a report documenting the system, feasibilities, classes, hierarchy structures, fuzzy logic implementation, cocomo analysis and additional software development techniques used.
Performed weekly meetings with clients to ensure the project schedule remained on time and in-line with set expectations and milestones.
